Mandy Xue Bai

Mandy Xue Bai is an Education Abroad Program Manager at Carlson Global Institute, which supports the global management education at the Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota. She works with faculty members and overseas partners to manage a portfolio of Global Enrichment short-term programs covering various business topics in Italy, Australia, Argentina, Costa Rica, China and India.

Mandy was a Training Program Manager at the University of Minnesota Global Programs Strategy Alliance - China Center during 2007 -2010. She managed training programs for mid-career Chinese government officials and business executives. Before moving to Minnesota, Mandy worked on international marketing for China Technology Innovation Corporation in Beijing, China, during 2003-3005 and traveled extensively to the U.S., South America and Western Europe.

Mandy received her M.B.A degree from the Carlson School of Management in 2010, her MA from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in 2007, and her B.A. in English and Internationals Studies from China Foreign Affairs University in 2003.
