Zhu "June" Cheng

Ms. Cheng is a practicing attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, working in its Minneapolis headquarters.

Ms. Cheng was born in Beijing, spent her childhood between Beijing and Wuhan, and attended college in Shanghai. She graduated from University of Minnesota Law School and has obtained admission to the California State Bar, Minnesota State Bar, and the Bar to the U.S. Federal Court District of Minnesota.

Ms. Cheng’s practice primarily focuses on business immigration, specifically including investor immigration (EB-5 and other strategies). She also handles many other immigration matters, particularly for Chinese-speaking clients.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Ms. Cheng worked at a Minnesota civil litigation law firm, and participated in resolving various civil and business disputes. She uses this experience to assist the immigration department on its litigation matters.
